If you have ventured this far, I will share some information about myself with you. I am a freelance photographer and computer graphics artist currently residing in Colorado.
While I am now primarily a digital artist,
I still do work in traditional mediums and photography
as well . I specialize in creating digital imagery by combining photography, illustration and a variety of techniques into
a unique style that I can call my own.
Professionally, I have been exhibiting my work since 2000, and shooting since 1989. I have been published internationaly and my works are owned by private collectors throughout the US and Europe . In 2005, I spent a year working as a gallery director in a very eclectic art gallery with a new art show/opening every month . I really enjoyed the opportunity of meeting some amazing artists and people .
In mid 2006, I decided to completely restructure my main art website. Unfortunately, the restructure was delayed before it could begin. In July of 2006 I was diagnosed with cervical and uterine cancer. Even after my operation,
I wasn't feeling as well as I should have.
In late spring of 2007, less than a year since I was first diagnosed, cancer had returned. Throughout most of 2007 my energies were split between
Dr. visits, numerous tests, along with chemo and radiation treatments, Everything else was placed on the back burner.
2008 has brought new challenges, but also has greatly inspired me to take my work much farther.
